Refund Policy

01The 7-day money back guarantee

• Ask within 7 days of the purchase, counted from the date and time of your payment.
• Any reason is fine. You do not have to explain why.
• You get the full amount you paid for that pass.
• The guarantee covers each pass you buy, the Starter, Pro and Annual Pass alike.

02After 7 days

Passes are final after 7 days from the purchase, and we do not refund them, including for days you did not use. The only exception is where the law where you live requires a refund.

03How to ask

Email support@quarkfx.io from the address on your account, and tell us which pass you want refunded. The payment reference from your receipt helps us find it faster.

04What happens next

• We reply within two working days.
• Refunds are made by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
• The Pro days from the refunded pass are removed from your account. Your account, presets and the free Economic Calendar stay.

05Before you dispute a charge

Please email us first. Within 7 days we refund you without questions, which is faster than a bank dispute. If a charge is disputed with your bank, the Pro days from that purchase are paused while the dispute is open, and removed if the dispute is decided in your favour.
